Junior Golf Programs

LESSONS

BEGINNER CLASSES will introduce students to the various aspects of hitting a golf ball:

1^st class – Putting  —  2^nd class – Chipping

3^rd class – Full Swing  —  4^th class – Driver & review

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES will prepare students to take their game to the golf course:

1^st class – Putting & Chipping

2^nd class – Etiquette, Rules & hitting golf balls

3^rd class – Review Full Swing & hitting golf balls

4^th class – Taking it to the Golf Course

Costs:

$25 Res / $30 Non-res per class session

Minimum # of students to hold class:  6

JUNIOR LEAGUE

For ages 7 - 15:  We ask any participant 10 and under be accompanied by an adult.

Dates:  Meets Thursdays, June 7 – August 9 (no league play July 26)

Times: 12:00pm

Costs:  $25 Resident / $30 Non-res | ONLY $5 - for season pass holders | includes league & green fees  Season Ending Tournament will be held August 2 for league members with prizes handed out August 9.

“JUST FOR KIDS” Golf Tournament

This tournament held at Fon du Lac Golf Course is open to all children age 2-15 regardless of skill level and designed especially for kids.  This fun event provides an opportunity for kds to experience golf in a competitive atmosphere, but where the focus is on having fun.  Friday evening, July 27 is for the chipping and putting contests for all age divisions.  On Saturday, July 28 ages 2-9 play and Sunday, July 29 ages 10-15 play.  All participants receive a t-shirt, participation award, and goody bag.  Detailed event information and registration packets will be available starting June 1 at Fon du Lac Golf Course and online.
